Shipping Orders

All orders will be processed, packed and shipped as quickly and carefully as possible from Toronto, Canada. We ship worldwide (see below “where we ship”). Please contact us if you don’t see your destination listed upon checkout,

We will ship your order within 1 – 3 business days once payment received. Once processed, you will have a notification that your items have shipped and the tracking information.

We offer flat rate shipping within the Canada and to the USA (Lower 48) for orders over $79. International rates are dependent on the weight, size, value, time and destination. Again, if you don’t see your destination, please contact us.

We offers Free shipping on orders over $79 to our customers located in Canada and the lower 48 states of United States. Certain products do not qualify for free shipping due to size & weight and will be noted as such on the product description page.

To protect your purchasing, a shipping insurance will be added to shipping cost against loss or damage during transport. Customers are responsible for all extra costs to your own country including but not limit to import taxes, duties, brokerage fees etc.

We will try the best to offer accurate shipping information but cannot take responsibility for any delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages caused by mother natural, 3rd party delivery errors or matters at the international borders. We only ship to real physical address but not to any P.O Box. Fees incurred from rejected packages will be the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Decentliving for any reason.

Shipping rates

We are constantly looking for ways to offer more economical shipping options to all of our dear customers. Shipping rates vary according to size, weight, quantity, and value of merchandise (cost of insurance). Our goal is to simplify the ordering process by offering Flat Rate Shipping options for Canadian and US (Lower 48) customers.

For International customers, we have sourced a safe, efficient & economical Intl shipping partner to offer all of our clients a reasonable option to have our products shipped abroad. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipping cost charges will be presented clearly at checkout.

For all Canadian Orders:

  • Flat rate:  $15 / $35 (For NT, YK, NV) / Free standard shipping for order over $79
  • Free show room pick-up available (appointment needed)
  • All Canadian orders are processed and shipped with qualified carriers from Toronto. ON
  • Large items like bikes, desks, frame, chairs will have extra shipping due to its size and weight
  • Rejected or unauthorized returns will be shipped back to our return address in Canada and any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

For all USA (Lower 48) Orders:

  • Flat rate:  $15 / Free standard shipping over $79
  • Customers are responsible for all importing costs including but not exclusive to import taxes, duties, brokerage fees etc. All United States orders are processed and shipped using USPS or UPS within the USA. We ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS and all other reliable carriers with tracking information & well estimated delivery times.
  • Large items like bikes, desks, frame, chairs will have extra shipping due to its size and weight
  • Rejected or unauthorized returns will be shipped back to our return address in Canada and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders

  • Rates Vary.
  • Customers are responsible for all importing costs including but not exclusive to import taxes, duties, brokerage fees etc.
  • International deliveries subject to local import duties and taxes are payable by the customer upon receipt and may be affected by customs and carrier delays. Responsibility of payment for importing charges lies with the purchaser. Under no circumstance will DECENTLIVING refund, reimburse, or pay any importing fees.

Where we ship

We currently ships to Canada, United States, Most of EU countries, Australia and New Zealand.

Show Room Pickup

If you prefer local pick up your order, please contact us before place the order. Your order will be available for pick-up in 2-3 business days at our Mississauga Show Room after the approval confirmation of your order. You will receive a notify with the pickup date and detail address. Please bring proof of purchase to pick up your order.

Gift Wrap

We can provide gift wrapping for free on all non-discounted purchases. A small fee may be incurred for gift wrapping of sale items. We could also add a personal message to the gift.

To arrange gift wrapping, please leave a note at checkout or contact [email protected] with details and your personal message before placing your order.

Return or Exchange

Online Orders

Refunds & exchanges must be arranged no later than 7 days from date of delivery. Upon receipt of your shipment, please notify us immediately of any issue. We will solve the problem as quick as we can.

In the case of the products being damaged during shipping, or original defective, Decentliving will replace merchandise without any cost to the buyer. Any damage of merchandise must be claimed within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Please take photos of the original damaged box so that we can contact our carrier to initiate insurance coverage if necessary.

Refunds will be issued only after all items have been returned in unused and original condition. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, plus any duties and/or taxes that may be incurred upon return shipping. Return shipping costs, duties, taxes and all related fees are non-refundable and will be subtracted from the order refund. Merchandise damaged on return delivery will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges & returns must first be approved by our team. No exchanges, returns or refunds will be accepted without the DecentLiving issued RT number. Please contact [email protected] for a RT number before shipping any merchandise back. For any returns, the customer pays return shipping and replacement shipping in case of exchange..

All ON SALE items and customized items are considered Final Sale.
